My love for movement started on the ice. Spending my early teenage years as a figure skater, I learned technical skills that helped my confidence blossom both on and off the rink.

At 19, I stepped into the gym and never looked back. I fell in love with weightlifting and the empowering process of growing muscle. For me, perfection doesn’t happen overnight—it is the journey I fell in love with, not just the end goal. Having the freedom to move my body naturally empowered my mind, and that is exactly what I want for you.

I am fiercely passionate about helping others achieve their goals, build unshakable confidence, and believe in themselves enough to get 1% better every day.
